Help Slash find an old friend…

A note from Slash:

“I’m trying to find a Les Paul that I used ย back in the early 90’s. I’ve since lost track of it. It was an 1989/90 Gibson Goldtop, serial #70854. I always loved that guitar and would be interested in buying it back from whomever has itโ€ฆ. I’ll make it worth their while”

If you have any information on the location of this guitar, please email SlashGibsonGoldtop@gmail.com

If I had it I’d give it back to you for the small price of a hug. No money asked ๐Ÿ˜€

I can’t wait to see how many fakers reply to this with either a modified Gold-Top, or (more likely) a ghost-built replica. I’ll tell ya what, Mr. Hudson: just buy my dragon Les Paul. It sounds better than that one did, anyway, and I could use the cash.

I wish I could help you but I have a question, I bought a Slash Edition Les Paul For my son Cameron for his high school graduation present and we are going to the Concert at RibFest in Naperville Ill on July 5. Is there anyway possible I could get Slash to autograph it? I can meet any time and any place to get this done. A father and sons dream!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for your time and waiting to hear from you if possible.
      My email address is gdogglide@yahoo.com
      Thanks again

Was the guitar stolen because I seem to see signature 4×12’s in the background.

That is the guitar that I always associate with Slash from the g’n’r days. Always wanted a GT with no scratch plate.

I feel you brother.. I had #500 and #1072. Lost them in a divorce. I can relate to how you feel.
I’ll keep my eyes peeled in the southeast for ya.
You were always my guitar Idol.
I used to have a GI Joe with a top hat glued to my JCM800 stack for my good luck charm I’d hi five before going on stage… ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Rock on Brother!
